About SESSION

SESSION: Software Development, Digital Business Intelligence, and Computer Engineering is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Department of Business and Informatics, Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi, Indonesia. Established in 2022, SESSION provides an international forum for rigorous, relevant, and ethically conducted research.

Scope

SESSION welcomes original research, systematic reviews, and applied studies in software engineering, artificial intelligence, digital business intelligence, computer systems, data-driven applications, and the Internet of Things.

Publishing model

The journal publishes two issues each year, in March and September. All submissions undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Decisions are based on scholarly contribution, originality, methodological quality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Open access and publication charges

Published articles are freely available online. There is no article submission fee. An Article Processing Charge of IDR 250,000 applies to each article accepted for publication.

Accreditation and indexing

SESSION is accredited at SINTA 5 and is indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, Indonesia OneSearch, and Dimensions.
