This community service program was carried out to introduce Artificial Intelligence, particularly ChatGPT, as a tool to support the English language teaching and learning process for eighth-grade students at MA Vokasi Al Fajar Pekanbaru. The program was motivated by students' limited understanding of parts of speech (nouns, verbs, adjectives, and related word classes) needed to build simple English sentences, as well as the absence of a fixed teaching guide and low student interest in English. A qualitative descriptive method was used, involving briefing with the school, socialization, direct teaching, classroom observation, and motivational activities for 35 eighth-grade students. The results show that teachers and students responded positively to the introduction of ChatGPT as a supportive learning medium, although classroom size, limited teaching materials, and the uncertain status of honorary teachers remain obstacles. The activity concluded that engaging, contextual, and technology-assisted materials, such as ChatGPT-based practice in constructing simple sentences, can increase student motivation and understanding of basic English structures. Greater involvement from the school and parents is recommended to sustain the program.
