Mandatory and Optional Files

Authors are required to prepare two mandatory files and one optional file during the submission process.

  1. Article Text (Mandatory)

Upload one complete manuscript file. This file must contain the full text of your article, including all essential elements:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References
  • Tables and Figures (embedded within the text)

Note: This file is for editorial and administrative purposes only. It will not be shared with reviewers.

  1. Anonymous Article (Mandatory)

Upload a separate, anonymized version of your manuscript. This file will be used for the double-blind peer review process.

Anonymization Requirements:

  • Remove all information that could identify the author(s), including:
    • Author names
    • Institutional affiliations
    • Email addresses
    • Acknowledgments that mention names
    • References that specifically cite the author's own work (e.g., "in our previous study...")
  • Replace the author's name in the document header with the word "Author".
  • Ensure the file contains no hidden metadata that could reveal the author's identity (e.g., in Microsoft Word, check File > Info and remove the "Author" property).
  • Name your file: Anonymous_Article_[Short_Title].docx or .pdf

Example: Anonymous_Article_Climate_Change_Impact.docx

  1. Supplementary Files (Optional)

If you have supporting materials that are not part of the main manuscript, you may upload them as Supplementary Files. Examples include:

  • Datasets or raw data
  • Research instruments (questionnaires, interview guides)
  • Additional figures or illustrations
  • Video or multimedia files
  • Ethical clearance statements, plagiarism-free certificates, or other administrative documents

Note: Supplementary files will not be reviewed unless deemed essential by the editor. They may be published alongside the article if considered relevant.

References Management

We strongly recommend using a reference management tool to format your citations and bibliography, such as:

  • EndNote
  • Mendeley
  • Zotero

Please ensure all references are formatted consistently according to our journal's style guide.

Plagiarism Check

To assist the editorial team in making decisions, authors are encouraged to attach a plagiarism check report (similarity index) upon submission.

The editorial team will also perform a plagiarism check using standard software. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%.

Peer Review Process

All submitted articles will undergo a double-blind peer review. This process helps the editor make informed decisions and provides constructive feedback to authors to improve the quality of their manuscripts before publication.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

Articles that are declared eligible for publication will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) of Rp. 350.000,00 (Indonesian Rupiah).

This APC policy applies starting from Volume 5, Number 2, 2026.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
